Resolutions

How are you doing on those New Year's resolutions? We are two months into the new year and this is usually the time that people lose focus on their resolutions to improve their level of health.

Have you?

Re-commit yourself to change. Start today! Research shows that people who write out their goals and review them daily are almost 50% more likely to actually accomplish said goal.

Do you have S.M.A.R.T goals?

Are they Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Results oriented and do they have a specific Timetable?

Here are a couple of ideas to help you reach those goals:

-Write out your goals and place them in multiple places in your home and workplace to remind you as often as possible.
-Share your goals with a friend and ask them to hold you accountable. This will help motivate you because someone will be monitoring your progress.


Today is the day! Re-commit to the change you would like to see happen in 2011 and make this your healthiest year ever!
